Ballet lessons are a wonderful way for both kids and adults to reap the health benefits of dance as well as learn self-discipline and body control. Anyone can enjoy the beauty and grace of ballet dancing, regardless of age, body size or fitness level.
Classes are structured with obvious focus on developing the students understanding of ballet's basic positions as well as correct technique and body awareness. Veronica imparts the importance of musicality and expression to all her students. As students develop their technique, they will be able to work with choreography.
Adult ballet classes offer something for every age group, from young adults to seniors. If you have never danced before, a beginners class would be perfect for you. Beginner classes start off at the very first steps of ballet, so there is no reason to be intimidated. If you are a former dancer and want to return to ballet after several years, Veronica will work with you to attain your desired goals in fitness and skill level.
In Veronica's class you will work at the barre carefully learning all positions, steps combinations and different rhythms. Barre work helps ballet dancers build strength and learn correct body placement. Other benefits from barre work are:

-improves your balance
You will work on your posture, port de bras, balance, turns and jumps. You will learn to move across the room consciously using space.
Veronica is teaching at Funhouse Studio, 3 Hill St, Bega NSW. Currently she has a Pre-Primary group for 3 to 5 years old, a Primary group for 6 to 10 years old and an Adult class.
